What types of care does Colby D. Healthcare provide?

We provide 24-hour private duty nursing, skilled nursing, respiratory therapy, respite care, and case management for medically fragile children. This includes tracheostomy and ventilator care, G-tube feeding, wound care, medication administration, and monitoring — all coordinated with your child’s physician. We also coordinate physical, occupational, and speech therapy, plus home medical equipment and pharmacy needs.

Yes. Our nurses are trained and coordinated specifically to match each child’s plan of care as ordered by their physician. Our Director of Nursing is a Family Nurse Practitioner with pediatric experience in ventilator, G-tube, cardiac, and neuro care, and we staff Nurse Practitioners on cases that require advanced RN-level oversight.

Yes. We offer everything from 24-hour private duty nursing to short-term respite care, and we adjust coverage as your child’s needs change. Intake is accepted 7 days a week, including holidays, so getting started doesn’t have to wait for a weekday appointment.

Every case starts with a plan of care ordered by your child’s physician, which our nurses are trained and matched to before care begins. Our clinical team monitors pulse, temperature, and respiration as needed, manages medication administration and equipment, and stays in ongoing contact with the family and physician so any changes in condition are caught early.
